神经炎症伴随小胶质细胞的激活是一系列神经系统疾病的共同特征。在激活的小胶质细胞中,转位蛋白(TTSPO)表达上调。利用TSPO放射性配体进行正电子发射断层扫描显像,可以观察和研究脑内神经炎性反应的进展及严重程度。文中综述小胶质细胞显像的原理及在神经退行性疾病,如在帕金森病和阿尔茨海默病的应用。
Neuroinflammation Accompanied by microglia activation is a common feature of a series of neurological diseases. In activated microglia, translocation protein (TTSPO) expression is upregulated. Using TSPO radioligands for positron emission tomography imaging, we can observe and study the progress and severity of neuroinflammatory responses in the brain. The article reviews the principles of microglial imaging and its application in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
