各种病因导致的角膜新生血管增生是致盲的重要原因之一。角膜新生血管动物模型是研究新生血管调控机制 ,探索和评价新生血管治疗方法的必要手段。本文就几种常用的角膜新生血管动物模型的制作方法、机制和优缺点作逐一介绍。
Corneal neovascularization caused by various causes is one of the important causes of blindness. Corneal neovascularization animal models are the necessary means to study the mechanism of neovascularization and to explore and evaluate the method of neovascularization. In this paper, several commonly used methods of corneal neovascularization animal models, mechanisms and advantages and disadvantages for each introduction.
