国家针对东三省的经济发展情况,提出以经济转型为核心的振兴产业的发展战略,发展新型生态化畜牧业是给农业带来可持续增值的治本之策。文章通过对东三省畜禽污染现状的分析,为减少畜禽养殖对环境的污染,加快向新型农业发展模式转型,促进经济健康可持续进步,寻求有效畜禽养殖污染防治技术,提出相关符合可持续进步法令方面建议。
In light of the economic development of the three provinces in Northeast China, the government put forward the development strategy of rejuvenating the industry with economic restructuring as its core. The development of a new type of ecological livestock husbandry is a fundamental solution to bring sustainable value-added to agriculture. Through the analysis of the current situation of livestock and poultry pollution in the eastern provinces, the paper aims to reduce the environmental pollution caused by livestock and poultry farming, accelerate the transition to a new agricultural development mode, promote the healthy and sustainable economic progress, and seek effective pollution prevention and control technologies for livestock and poultry breeding. Advice on continuous improvement laws.
