对哈萨克斯坦(哈国)原油和哈国与塔里木混合原油进行物性分析,结果表明:哈国与塔里木混合原油的蜡含量相对较低、胶沥含量相对较高,哈国与塔里木混合原油比哈国原油反常点低10℃以上。根据鄯善首站的现场测量结果,降凝剂对哈国与塔里木混合原油的降凝效果不佳,而改进型降凝剂对哈国与塔里木混合原油的降凝效果明显。沿线的监测结果表明:改进型降凝剂对哈国与塔里木混合原油具有一定的降凝效果,尤其在玉门站二次加剂以后,张掖站、西靖站进站原油凝点维持在-2~0℃。针对原油管道输油方案和取样器具的设计等提出了建议。
The physical analysis of the crude oil from Kazakhstan (Kazakhstan) and the mixed crude oil between Kazakhstan and Tarim showed that the wax content of the mixed crude oil between Kazakhstan and Tarim was relatively low and the content of gelled and leachate was relatively high. The ratio of Kazakhstan and Tarim mixed crude oil to Kazakhstan National crude anomalies point lower than 10 ℃. According to the on-site measurements of Shanshan first station, the pour point depressant has a poor effect on the depressing of the mixed crude oil between Kazakhstan and Tarim, while the effective depressant has an obvious depressing effect on the mixed crude oil from Kazakhstan and Tarim. The monitoring results along the line show that the improved pour point depressant has certain depressing effect on the mixed crude oil between Kazakhstan and Tarim, especially after the second addition of Yumen Station, the pour point of crude oil at Zhangye Station and Xijing Station remains at - 2 ~ 0 ℃. Suggestions are made for the design of crude oil pipelines and samplers.
