近年来,徐州各级工会努力探索、积极实践,坚持多措并举建队伍、多方突破求深化、多管齐下铸平台,工资集体协商工作不断提质扩面。截至目前,全市已签订工资专项集体合同6124份,覆盖企业15049家,覆盖职工75万人。以镇、街道、开发区、工业园区和多个行业为重点的区域性、行业性工资集体协商制度建设蓬勃发展,共签订工资集体合同1361份,覆盖企业11682家,职工近23万人;区域性行业性工资集体合同146份,覆盖企业1205家、职工近40万人。全市符合条件的各类企业工资集体协商建制率达到80%以
