芹菜(旱芹,不是水芹菜)又名蒲芹、香芹。我国栽培芹菜历史悠久,早在《诗经》中已有记载,自古以来就是人们餐桌的一种佳蔬,一年四季可供食用。它不仅含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素A、C、P、叶酸、胡萝卜素及钙、磷、铁等多种营养成分,而且其叶、茎和根还具有药用价值。祖国医学认为,芹菜具有平 Celery (Celery, not water celery dishes), also known as Pu Qin, parsley.
