[目的]探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和上皮钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)在分化型甲状腺癌组织中的表达情况及相关性.[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测100例分化型甲状腺癌组织HIF-1α和E-cad表达情况,并分析二者在分化型甲状腺癌组织中表达的相关性.[结果]分化型甲状腺癌组织中HIF-1α的表达阳性率与结节性甲状腺肿组织中的比较显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=21.061,P<0.01),E-cad表达阳性率在分化型甲状腺癌与结节性甲状腺肿组织中比较明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=20.034,P<0.01).分化型甲状腺癌组织中HIF-1α和E-cad的表达呈负相关(r=-0.513,P<0.05).[结论]分化型甲状腺癌组织中存在HIF-1α的高表达和E-cad表达的下调或缺失,HIF-1α与E-cad的表达呈高度负相关.
[Objective] To investigate the expression of HIF-1α (HIF-1α) and E-cadherin (E-cad) in differentiated thyroid carcinoma and their correlation. [Methods] 100 cases of thyroid cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry The expression of HIF-1α and E-cadherin in differentiated thyroid cancer and their relationship in differentiated thyroid carcinoma were analyzed.Results The positive rate of HIF-1α in differentiated thyroid cancer was significantly higher than that in nodules The positive rate of E-cadherin in thyroid cancer was significantly lower than that in thyroid goiter (χ2 = 21.061, P <0.01), and the difference was statistically significant (Χ2 = 20.034, P <0.01) .The expression of HIF-1α and E-cadherin in differentiated thyroid cancer was negatively correlated (r = -0.513, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The differentiation of thyroid cancer HIF-1α was highly expressed and the expression of E-cad was down-regulated or absent in HCC tissue. The expression of HIF-1α and E-cad had a highly negative correlation.
