中国法制史是法学本科专业的核心课程之一,但是由于课程难度较大、教材建设存在弊端、教学方法相对落后,使得学生们对此课程的学习兴趣低下,而案例教学法的应用可以解决这些问题。在中国法制史教学中引入案例教学法,可以激发学生学习的积极性和自觉性,提高学习效果。进行案例教学,关键在于案例库的建立、案例的使用以及案例教学成果的评价和考核。
The history of Chinese legal system is one of the core courses of undergraduate law major. However, because of the difficulty of the course, disadvantages of teaching materials construction and relatively backward teaching methods make students have low interest in the learning of this course. However, the application of case teaching method can solve these problems problem. The introduction of the case teaching method in the teaching of Chinese legal history can stimulate the enthusiasm and consciousness of students and improve the learning effect. Case teaching, the key lies in the establishment of the case base, the use of cases and case evaluation of teaching and evaluation results.
