高渗性高血糖性昏迷亦称非酮症高渗性糖尿病昏迷,本症在临床上与糖尿病酮症酸中毒表现极为相似,易于混淆。本文报告一例非酮症高渗性糖尿病昏迷误为酮症酸中毒病人,供同道参考。齐×,女性,63岁,住院号:2314。因进食、饮水减少一周,头痛、呕吐、嗜睡三天于1982年2月11日时入院。住院前一周因孙子走失精神紧张,进食、饮水骤减,三天前开始头痛,咽痛,乏力,恶心、呕吐,嗜睡,门诊以“呕吐待查”收住院。既往健康,无糖尿病
Hyperosmolar hyperglycemic coma, also known as non-ketotic hyperosmolar diabetic coma, the disease in clinical manifestations of diabetic ketoacidosis are very similar and easy to confuse. This article reports a case of nonketotic hypertonic diabetic coma mistaken for ketoacidosis patients for fellow reference. Qi ×, female, 63 years old, hospital number: 2314. Due to eating, drinking water reduced by one week, headache, vomiting, drowsiness three days in February 11, 1982 admission. One week before hospitalization, her grandson lost her mental energy, eating and drinking. Her headache, sore throat, weakness, nausea, vomiting and drowsiness occurred three days ago. The patient was admitted to hospital with “vomiting”. Past health, no diabetes
