随着我国经济的发展,人民群众对医疗服务水平的要求不断提高。围绕社会对完善医疗保障制度这一需求,政府部门一直致力于解决老百姓“看病难,看病贵”的现实问题。在保障公立医院发展的同时,国家还鼓励发展合作医院、私立医院,这就使的医院之间的竞争更加激烈。为了更好地提高医院竞争力,医院需要在各个环节把好关,提高财务管理水平和绩效考核水平的竞争优势是保障医院发展的前提。本文解释了医院财务管理与绩效考核的涵义,分析了医院财务管理与绩效考核的现状,阐述了绩效考核对医院发展的重要性,对医院如何加强绩效考核、更好的督促医院临床科室加强业务发展水平建设、提高财务管理水平提出了建议,以期对医院管理有所帮助。
With the economic development in our country, people’s demands for medical services have been constantly raised.
