某既有工程的使用空间高度及吊挂荷载都不能满足摄影棚的要求。根据建筑功能要求及既有建筑的结构安全性检测报告,改造中拆除了5000 m2网架结构,保留其余结构,在此空间内新建1800 m2和2400 m2摄影棚。本文对新建建筑的上部结构及基础进行合理选型和布置,并采取必要的加固措施,使新老结构结合为整体,实现建筑的使用功能要求。本文内容,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
The use of an existing project space height and hanging load can not meet the studio requirements. According to the functional requirements of the building and the structural safety inspection report of the existing building, the 5000 m2 grid structure was removed during the reconstruction and the remaining structures were reserved. In this space, 1,800 m2 and 2,400 m2 studios were newly built. In this paper, the superstructure and foundations of new buildings are reasonably selected and arranged, and the necessary reinforcement measures are taken to integrate the old and new structures as a whole to fulfill the functional requirements of the buildings. This article can provide reference and reference for similar projects.
