振动式气体密度计能在线连续长时间精确地测定气体密度,采用气体密度计同流量计配合可有效提高气体计量精度。但由于国内油田气含有杂质,往往有冷凝液体析出,故使其在国内油田气的计量上不能得到正常的使用。本文就气体密度计在油田气测量上的使用问题,从气体密度计的校准,确定现场安装方法,定量分析温度变化和声速效应对密度计读数的影响及修正方法等方面作了系统的介绍。经现场连续运行试验和对读数准确性的验证,说明了只要采取合理的安装方式,气体密度计完全可精确地测定油田气密度。
Vibrating gas density meter can measure the gas density accurately and continuously for a long time. The gas density meter can cooperate with the flow meter to effectively improve the gas measurement precision. However, due to the domestic oilfield gas containing impurities, often condensation liquid precipitation, so that it can not be measured in the domestic gas field on the normal use. In this paper, the gas density meter in the oil gas measurement on the use of the issue, from the gas density meter calibration to determine the site installation methods, quantitative analysis of temperature changes and the effect of sound velocity effects on the density meter readings and correction methods were systematically introduced. The field continuous operation test and verification of the reading accuracy indicate that the gas density meter can accurately measure the gas density of the oil field only by adopting a reasonable installation method.
