本文用独立组元法对吸热式可控气氛与碳钢间的多元反应同时平衡系统在过去简单反应的工作基础上进行了热力学处理,得到了有关的方程式。并用电子计算机计算了系统中各组分在不同温度下的平衡组成和气氛在不同温度下的碳势。结果表明,在一定温度下气氛的碳势随CO_2的浓度增加而减少;在一定CO_2浓度下,炉温越高,则气氛的碳势越低。
In this paper, the independent component method was used to thermodynamically treat the multiple reactions between the endothermic controlled atmosphere and the carbon steel while balancing the simple reaction of the system in the past, and the relevant equations were obtained. The equilibrium composition of each component of the system at different temperatures and the carbon potential of the atmosphere at different temperatures were calculated by computer. The results show that the carbon potential of the atmosphere decreases with the increase of the CO 2 concentration at a certain temperature. The higher the CO 2 concentration, the lower the carbon potential of the atmosphere.
