目的:调研老年高血压患者健康管理软件使用现状及需求,为相关平台优化提供参考.方法:对北京市3家基层社区的老年高血压患者进行线下问卷调研.结果:共回收219份有效问卷,男女比例为1∶1.64,年龄(69.73±7.38)岁.药物相互作用和不能接收专业的用药科普是老年高血压患者认为自身管理时最大的问题(46.6％),调研的人中有209人(95.4％)认为慢病日常管理重要,210人(95.9％)非常愿意使用健康管理类软件,203人(92.7％)认为慢病管理软件中应该有医生的参与,180人(82.2％)认为应该有

目的:调研老年高血压患者健康管理软件使用现状及需求,为相关平台优化提供参考.方法:对北京市3家基层社区的老年高血压患者进行线下问卷调研.结果:共回收219份有效问卷,男女比例为1∶1.64,年龄(69.73±7.38)岁.药物相互作用和不能接收专业的用药科普是老年高血压患者认为自身管理时最大的问题(46.6％),调研的人中有209人(95.4％)认为慢病日常管理重要,210人(95.9％)非常愿意使用健康管理类软件,203人(92.7％)认为慢病管理软件中应该有医生的参与,180人(82.2％)认为应该有药师参与.操作简单、界面简洁美观、个人信息安全、保存指标监测数据及建立完整的药物治疗档案是老年高血压患者需求较多的功能.结论:老年高血压患者对健康管理类软件接受度较高,软件的易用性和有用性、信息安全是老年高血压患者比较关注的问题.药师是除了医生外被认为最应该参与到远程管理的人员,药师团体应注意提升药物相互作用及不良反应等方面的能力,提高老年高血压患者自我健康管理质量.
