滾動軸承在各种机械中是一种重要部件,使用的範圍很廣。为了保持轴承的質量和延長它的使用寿命,在大批购入及使用之先,須先清洗,然後浸塗防銹油脂。軸承清洗都是使用潔淨的汽油或洗油。由於軸承塗佈的乾油很多,因而1公斤汽油洗不上10个軸承,油就非常脏了。这样对於汽油或洗油消耗是很大的。大批清洗軸承所需的汽油往往以噸计。我們知道汽油和洗油,不但是工業中的重要燃料,而汽油又是重要的國防用品。为了節约汽油和洗油,我們试验用温水洗,結果效果很好,特介紹使用。
