中国制冷学会常务理事会于一九八三年九月十日在北京举行。刘毅理事长、张西蕾、丛子明、冷庆、王民屏、陈幼军、关德忠副理事长,饶辅民、王午城副秘书长等二十一名常务理事和中国科协学会部的陆雨泽同志出席了会议。会议就“中国制冷学会第一届理事会一九七八年至一九八二年的工作报告”、关于选举第二届理事会的有关建议和布置“二○○○年中国的研究”等三项议程进行了审议和讨论。与会常务理事通过热烈讨论对上述三项议题取得如下的意见:1.“工作报告”基本上反映出学会这四年来的工作面貌,但尚需充实一些内容;
The Standing Committee of China Refrigeration Society was held in Beijing on September 10, 1983. Twenty-one standing members such as Liu Yi, Zhang Xilei, Cong Ziming, Leng Qing, Wang Minping, Chen Youjun, Guan Dezhong, Rao Fumin and Wang Wangcheng, and Comrade Lu Yuze attended the conference. The meeting on “China Institute of Refrigeration first work report from 1978 to 1982,” on the election of the second council's recommendations and layout “2000 China Studies” and so on The three agendas were reviewed and discussed. The participating executive directors made the following opinions on the above three topics through heated discussions: 1.
