随着我国经济水平的发展与进步,我国的企业实力不断壮大,基于对发展的需求,企业开始更加重视起财务管控研究。经济的快速发展为企业带来了更大的挑战,企业的财务建设关系到企业的综合竞争力,对于企业的发展有着不可或缺的作用。而在企业的财务体系建设当中,对于财务的管控优化是其最主要的工作之一。本文主要对企业的财务管控优化方案进行了研究分析,主要从我国企业财务管控当中存在的不足入手进行了讨论,并提出了相关的优化措施,以期为提升我国企业财务管控水平提供理论依据。

In the enterprise’s financial system construction, the optimization and optimization of financial management is one of the most important tasks. This paper mainly studies the optimization of financial management and control of enterprises, mainly from the existing problems in the financial control of enterprises in our country, and puts forward the relevant optimization measures in order to provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the level of corporate financial control in China.
