当前的民用飞机大多采用涡轮发动机,尽管发动机供应商和制造商采用很多办法降低转子爆破发生的概率,但是飞机实际运营期间转子爆破事件仍然经常发生。如何减小发动机转子爆破对飞机的危害,是各航空器制造商必须面对和解决的问题。通过在飞机布局设计时考虑转子爆破影响,进而在整个设计过程中贯彻相关设计要求并不断验证其有效性,可以达到将转子爆破的危害减至最低的适航要求。
Most current commercial aircraft use turbine engines. Although engine suppliers and manufacturers adopt many measures to reduce the probability of rotor blasting, rotor blasting accidents often occur during the actual operation of the aircraft. How to reduce the damage of the engine rotor blasting to the aircraft is a problem that various aircraft manufacturers must face and solve. By considering the influence of rotor blasting in the design of aircraft layout, and implementing the relevant design requirements throughout the design process and continuously verifying its effectiveness, the airworthiness requirements of minimizing the damage of the rotor blasting can be achieved.
