间充质干细胞(MSCs)因免疫调节、多向分化等功能而日益受到重视,但体外多次扩增后或在某些疾病中,MSCs有衰老迹象,表现为形态上出现衰老的变化、增殖速度及能力逐渐减低,分化潜能改变等。MSCs的衰老在疾病的发生中可能起重要作用。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者MSCs表现为生长缓慢,成骨呈脂肪能力异常,提示SLE是一种MSCs病,现就MSCs衰老与SLE的关系予以综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are gaining more and more attention because of their functions of immunomodulation and multidirectional differentiation. However, MSCs have signs of aging after repeated amplification in vitro or in some diseases, showing morphological changes of aging and proliferation Gradually reduce the speed and ability to change the potential for differentiation. The aging of MSCs may play an important role in the development of the disease. MSCs in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) showed slow growth and abnormal adipogenic capacity in osteogenesis, suggesting that SLE is a kind of MSCs disease. The relationship between MSCs aging and SLE is reviewed.
