新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是指围生期新生儿因窒息缺氧引起的脑缺氧缺血性损害。预后视病损程度及治疗而不同。轻度者预后良好,重度者可在新生儿早期死亡,或产生智力低下、癫痫和脑性瘫痪等后遗症。现将我科2003年1月至2006年10月收治的128例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病总结分析如下
Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) refers to neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage due to asphyxia. The prognosis depends on the degree of lesion and treatment. Mild prognosis is good, severe neonatal death in early, or have mental retardation, epilepsy and cerebral palsy and other sequelae. Now our department from January 2003 to October 2006 admitted 128 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy summarized as follows
