Objective: To investigate the relationship between the change of disease and the expression of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in natural killer cells in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and its clinical significance. Methods: We analyzed peripheral blood collected from patients with different prognosis after hepatitis B virus infection in our hospital. The levels of IFN-γ secreted by natural killer cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry. At the same time, Control group. Results: The levels of IFN-γ secreted by ALT, T-BIL and natural killer cells in CHB normal group were significantly higher than those in normal ALT group and normal control group (P <0.05). However, the levels of IFN-γ secreted by natural killer cells in normal ALT group Compared with the control group, the expression was also significantly different (P <0.05), while the level of the elevated group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: CHB is associated with high IFN-γ expression in natural killer cells and causes chronic or chronic IFN-γ receptor levels in CHB patients.
