PH-5型粉喷桩机搅拌方向单一、浆液浪费量大,特别是随着加固深度的增加,喷浆口压力的增大,浆液不能有效地渗入到土体中,经其加固的地基在一定程度上显得单位面积承载力不够,沉降量过大,无法保证重载路基较长久的使用寿命和安全性。在不改变原PH-5型粉喷桩机结构及操作方法的前提下,对该桩机进行升级改造,改造后的桩机能够实现内外钻杆同时反向同轴旋转,使连接在内外钻杆上的钻头进行双向搅拌和钻进,可有效地控制返浆,改善搅拌均匀性,提高桩体强度、成桩速度和成桩质量。
