应用人胃腺癌细胞(MGC-803),在体外培养条件下,测定不同浓度的银芝 YZ08乌龙茶对细胞生长的影响。细胞增殖速度结果表明,0.5~1.0mg/ml 浓度的 YZ08乌龙茶均能明显抑制 MGC-803的细胞增殖。不同茶类对 MGC 细胞生长的抑制作用存在差异,其半数效量(IC_(50))分别为绿茶0.21mg/ml,YZ08乌龙茶0.31mg/ml,闽北乌龙茶0.85mg/ml。YZ08乌龙茶可明显抑制 MGC 细胞~3H-TdR 参入率,表明该茶叶品种对细胞的 DNA合成有抑制作用。YZ08乌龙茶茶多酚含量低于绿茶,与闽北乌龙茶基本一致,但抗 MGC 细胞的效果与绿茶接近,优于闽北乌龙茶,提示其抗癌成分不单纯是茶多酚。
Using human gastric adenocarcinoma cells (MGC-803), the effects of different concentrations of Yinzhi YZ08 oolong tea on cell growth were determined under in vitro culture conditions. The results of cell proliferation rate showed that YZ08 oolong tea at a concentration of 0.5 to 1.0 mg/ml could significantly inhibit the proliferation of MGC-803 cells. The inhibitory effects of different teas on the growth of MGC cells were different. Their half-effects (IC 50 ) were 0.21 mg/ml for green tea, 0.31 mg/ml for YZ08 oolong tea and 0.85 mg/ml for Oubei oolong tea. YZ08 oolong tea can significantly inhibit the incorporation rate of ~3H-TdR in MGC cells, indicating that the tea variety has an inhibitory effect on the DNA synthesis of cells. YZ08 oolong tea has lower polyphenol content than green tea and is basically the same as that of northern Fujian Oolong tea. However, the effect of anti-MGC cells is similar to that of green tea, which is better than that of northern Fujian Oolong tea, suggesting that the anticancer component is not simply tea polyphenols.
