一个系统的机构、组织建立之后,该系统的发展与工作好坏与该系统各机构的领导班子的建设至关重要,县级卫生防疫站也不例外。考虑到卫生防疫站是一个业务性较强的事业单位,本次调查只对各县区站站长的状况作了认为必要的情况收集,另外征集了这批站长们对县级卫生防疫站管理上的意向性意见,其目的有二:其一是从中可以分析出站长们的管理水准及基本思路,其二是在对策研究中可以吸收这批站长的倾向性意见,结果如下。
After the establishment of a system of institutions and organizations, the development and work of the system and the construction of the leading bodies of the various agencies of the system are crucial. The county-level health and epidemic prevention stations are no exception. Considering that the Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Station is a business unit with strong business performance, this survey only collected information on the conditions of the stationmasters of the county-level stations as deemed necessary. In addition, these stationmasters were recruited to the county-level sanitation and anti-epidemic stations. The purpose of management intentional opinions is twofold: First, the managerial standards and basic ideas of the owners can be analyzed. Second, the opinions of the group of directors can be absorbed in the study of countermeasures. The results are as follows.
