为贯彻落实《2010—2020年深化干部人事制度改革规划纲要》精神,按照2010年全国行政机关公务员管理工作会议的有关要求,2010年5月,河南省在省政府办公厅等13家省直单位积极开展了公开遴选试点工作,共遴选公务员98名,取得良好的社会效果。主要做法如下:
