目的:探讨副鼻窦多层螺旋CT水平扫描后冠状位重建技术在临床诊断中的价值。方法:将同期70例副鼻窦扫描患者随机分为实验组(36例)和对照组(34例),实验组行多层螺旋CT水平扫描,然后对CT薄层图像进行冠状位重建;对照组行多层螺旋CT冠状位扫描;对2组图像资料进行技术评估及影像分析。结果:2组水平扫描冠状位重建图像与冠状位扫描图像的质量差异无统计学意义,水平扫描冠状位重建图像信息优于直接冠状位扫描图像信息,两者差异有统计学意义。结论:副鼻窦多层螺旋CT水平扫描后冠状位重建技术所得图像信息优于多层螺旋CT冠状位扫描技术。
Objective: To investigate the value of coronal reconstruction after paranasal Sinus multislice spiral CT horizontal scans in clinical diagnosis. Methods: Seventy patients with paranasal sinuses were randomly divided into experimental group (36 cases) and control group (34 cases). The experimental group underwent horizontal multislice spiral CT scan, and then the CT images were reconstructed coronally. The control group Multi-slice spiral CT coronal scan; 2 sets of image data for technical assessment and image analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in the quality of the coronal reconstructed images between the two groups and the coronal images. The information of the coronal reconstructed images was superior to the direct coronal images. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: The image information obtained by coronal reconstruction after paranasal multislice spiral CT horizontal scanning is superior to multislice CT coronal scanning.
