出席云南省科学技术大会的民主党派、民办科技企业的代表,认真讨论高严书记、和志强省长的讲话和中共云南省委、云南省人民政府关于贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于加速科学技术进步的决定》的实施意见(征求意见稿)。代表们一致认为,发展科技离不开金融的支撑。云南应该加快建立科技发展银行的步伐,以适应科技进步的需要。 Representatives of the democratic parties and private science and technology enterprises attending the Yunnan Science and Technology Conference seriously discussed the speech made by Gao Yan and the Governor Zhiqiang and the speech made by the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and the Yunnan Provincial People's Government on the implementation of the CPC Central Committee and State Council Circular on Accelerating the Progress of Science and Technology Opinions on the Implementation of the Decision (Draft for Comment). The deputies all agreed that the development of science and technology can not be separated from the financial support. Yunnan should speed up the pace of establishing a science and technology development bank to meet the needs of scientific and technological progress.
