目的:观察益欣康泰胶囊对小鼠血气的影响;方法:本研究选用昆明种老龄小鼠50 只,随机分为正常对照组、阳性药物对照组和益欣康泰胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组10 只,观察灌服该制剂对实验性老龄小鼠血气的影响;结果:实验结果显示,益欣康泰高、中、低剂量均能不同程度升高小鼠动脉血氧分压和血氧饱和度,与对照组相比(P< 005~P< 001);结论:表明益欣康泰具有升高小鼠血氧分压和血氧饱和度的作用,可改善机体的缺氧状况
Objective: To observe the effect of Yixin Kangtai Capsule on blood gas of mice. Method: In this study, 50 Kunming old mice were randomly divided into normal control group, positive drug control group and Yixin Kangtai capsule high, middle and low dose group. 10 rats in each group were observed for their effects on the blood gas of experimental aged mice; Results: The experimental results showed that the high, medium and low doses of Yixin Kangtai can increase the arterial partial pressure of oxygen in mice to varying degrees.
