经济在国家建设和发展中起着无可取代的决定作用。经济的强弱影响着人民生活水平的高低;经济的强弱影响一个国家的外交和国际地位;经济的强弱影响国家和社会的发展速度。所以大力发展经济建设迫在眉睫。而“一带一路”作为经济建设的重要理论成果创新,具有无可厚非的时代价值和时代意义。“一带一路”为经济建设提供了创新动力,为政治建设构建了崭新格局,为多边外交增添了全新动力。“一带一路”战略的提出符合国际社会的根本利益,是实现人类社会共同理想的美好追求,是对新型国际合作以及全球治理模式的新探索,是推动世界和平发展的正能量。
The economy plays an irreplaceable and decisive role in the construction and development of the country. The strength of the economy affects the living standards of the people; the strength of the economy affects the diplomatic and international status of a country; and the strength of the economy affects the pace of development of the country and society. Therefore, it is imminent to vigorously develop economic construction. As an important theoretical result innovation in economic construction, “Belt and Road” has its worth while and the era significance. “Belt and Road” has provided an innovative impetus to economic construction, created a brand new pattern for political construction and added a new impetus to multilateral diplomacy. The proposed “Belt and Road” strategy is in the fundamental interests of the international community and is a beautiful pursuit of realizing the common ideal of human society. It is a new exploration of new types of international cooperation and global governance and a positive energy for promoting world peace and development.
