尽管新课程改革已进入深水期,但是在教研组工作中,仍然普遍存在着若干问题。一是发展目标模糊。教研组没有具体的规划和计划,导致发展动力不足,也制约了教师的专业成长;二是学习内容随意。教研组活动缺少主题规划,想到什么就讨论什么,导致教研活动空洞且效率低下;三是活动形式简单。评课、讨论成为教研活动一成不变的形式,容易形成倦怠感,使教师缺少参与教研的热情;四是研究氛围淡薄。教研组活动常常仅仅针对某一节课、某一道题目进行讨论,缺少深度研究。
