我们采用微型计算机将仿制奥地利公司生产的NCP-250插销板数控车床的控制部分进行了改造,研制成功MNC-250控制系统。原NCP-250系统的结构特点:第一、采用数字插销板作为加工指令的输入和贮存。这样编程简单、易于掌握,每个工步都能直观地反映出来,但造价高,且一次最多只能输入九十个工步。第二、采用大量的小型继电器作为逻辑元件,运算器采用中、小规模集成电路,以致使故障率高。第三、采用电磁离合器变速、驱动和制动,工作方式类似齿轮换档,有较高的定位精度、造价低、体积小、无噪音、无漏油。针对原系统的以上特点,我们保留了原机床的驱动、变速及制动元件——电磁离合器,对其它部分进行了彻底的改造。用一台TP-8
We use a microcomputer to imitate the Austrian company’s NCP-250 latch plate CNC lathe control part of the transformation, the successful development of MNC-250 control system. The original NCP-250 system’s structural features: First, the use of digital latch plate as a processing instruction input and storage. This programming is simple, easy to grasp, each step can be intuitively reflected, but the high cost, and can only enter a maximum of 90 steps. Second, the use of a large number of small relays as logic components, computing devices using small and medium scale integrated circuits, resulting in high failure rate. Third, the use of electromagnetic clutch speed, drive and brake work similar gear shift, high positioning accuracy, low cost, small size, no noise, no oil leakage. For the above characteristics of the original system, we retain the original machine tool drive, transmission and braking components - electromagnetic clutch, the other part of a thorough transformation.
