目的观察中西医结合治疗对艾滋病(AIDS)病人免疫功能重建的促进作用。方法将80例病人随机分为治疗组[中药+高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)]和对照组(单纯HAART),疗程半年,比较两组CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞计数及白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平的变化。结果对照组(35人)和治疗组(39人)治疗后的CD4+T细胞计数和IL-2水平,均高于治疗前(P<0.01和P<0.05),而CD8+T细胞计数低于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗组CD4+T淋巴细胞上升幅度高于对照组(P=0.018),而两组CD8+T淋巴细胞和IL-2上升幅度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗提高CD4+T细胞的效果优于单纯的抗病毒治疗,可促进AIDS病人的免疫重建。
Objective To observe the promoting effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the reconstruction of immune function in AIDS patients. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (TCM + HAART) and control group (HAART alone) for six months. The CD4 +, CD8 + T lymphocyte counts and interleukin 2 (IL-2) level changes. Results The CD4 + T cell count and IL-2 level in the control group (35 patients) and the treatment group (39 patients) were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01 and P <0.05), while the counts of CD8 + T cells were low Before treatment (P <0.01). The increase of CD4 + T lymphocytes in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P = 0.018), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the increase of CD4 + T lymphocytes and IL-2 (P> 0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of CD4 + T cells is better than pure antiviral therapy, which can promote AIDS patients immune reconstruction.
