高涨的房价撕裂了中国社会。那些高位入市的普通人,与买不起房的另外一些普通人,本同属一个阶层,却因房价而对立起来。上世纪80年代末,日本曾爆发空前的房地产泡沫。到90年代初泡沫破灭,给日本银行带来成堆坏账,日本经济深陷停滞,迄今已逾20年。这一教训,一直是研究讨论的热点。人们拿日本作为房产泡沫的反面教材,仿佛日本就是房产泡沫的终极标本了。
