在煤化工装置中,控制室可谓是工艺装置以及动力装置的中枢神经和心脏,其工作状况正常与否直接关系到工艺装置和动力装置的安全平稳运行。而与控制室息息相关的空调通风设计更显得至关重要。由于煤化工装置属于爆炸危险区域,控制室建筑均为抗爆结构,本文根据煤化工装置抗爆控制室的特殊性,通过工程实例,从负荷计算、设计方案、气流组织形式、调控手段、安全措施以及容易出现的问题等几个方面,对煤化工装置抗爆控制室空调通风进行详细论述。
