于2016年1月21~23日,以蚌湖为研究区,在高程10~17 m区间,以1 m为落差,设置7个采样带,分别采集7个采样带0~20 cm深度的土壤样品,分析其有机碳含量。结果表明,蚌湖0~20 cm深度土壤有机碳含量具有较为明显的梯度特征,0~10 cm深度土壤有机碳含量最高值出现在高程14~15 m采样点,最低值出现在高程16~17 m采样点,变化范围为6.36~23.32 g/kg;10~20 cm深度土壤有机碳含量最高值出现在高程14~15 m采样点,最低值出现在高程15~16 m采样点,变化范围为4.74~8.88 g/kg;0~10 cm深度土壤有机碳含量比10~20 cm深度土壤有机碳含量的梯度分布更明显。0~10 cm深度土壤有机碳含量与地上生物量显著正相关(p<0.05),与其它因子不相关;10~20 cm深度土壤有机碳含量与土壤含水量显著正相关(p<0.05),与其它因子不相关。

There was a significant positive correlation between soil organic carbon content and aboveground biomass at 0-10 cm depth (p <0.05), but not with other factors. Soil organic carbon at 10-20 cm depth was positively correlated with soil water content (p <0.05) Not related to other factors.
