本文报道一种快速繁殖番石榴幼苗的简单方法及其有希望的培养基。 将番石榴幼苗种植在装有蛭石的容器中,生长条件为:温度25±2℃、相对湿度85%,光周期16小时(7μmol·m~(-2)·s(-1),日光灯)。在无菌条件下制备100~150mm长的茎尖,置于含低浓度溴化物(10PPm)的10%次氯酸钠溶液中杀菌10分钟,然后用无菌水冲洗3次。外植体在(?)5mm×150mm的培养管(内含10ml琼脂培养基)中生长。将培养物转入250ml锥形瓶(内含100ml相同的培养基)中。在剪取供进一步增殖或生根的梢后,将剩下的组织(基础团块)转移到相同的培养基(内含2mg/l BA)中。
This article reports a simple method of rapid propagation of guava seedlings and their promising medium. Guava seedlings were planted in vermiculite-bearing containers under the following growth conditions: temperature 25 ± 2 ℃, relative humidity 85%, photoperiod 16 hours (7μmol · m -2 · s -1) ). Stem tips of 100-150 mm long were prepared under aseptic conditions and sterilized in 10% sodium hypochlorite solution containing low concentrations of bromide (10 ppm) for 10 minutes and then rinsed three times with sterile water. Explants were grown in (?) 5 mm by 150 mm culture tubes containing 10 ml of agar medium. The culture was transferred to a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask containing 100 ml of the same medium. After cutting tips for further proliferation or rooting, the remaining tissue (base pellet) was transferred to the same medium (containing 2 mg / l BA).
