采用平板稀释分离计数法 ,在小春作物蚕豆、小麦和油菜生长期间 ,连续两年定点定期对冰核细菌种群数量动态变化进行检测。结果表明 ,在云南省昆明地区自然条件下 ,冰核细菌的数量最大密度出现在 2月中旬至 3月中旬 ,可达 9.2× 10 9CFU/ g。
The plate dilution counting method was used to detect the population dynamics of ice nucleation (Iris) nucleus regularly for two years in a row during the growth of small spring crop beans, wheat and rape. The results showed that under the natural conditions in Kunming in Yunnan Province, the maximum density of ice nucleation bacteria appeared in mid-February to mid-March, reaching 9.2 × 10 9 CFU / g.
