测定肾病综合征(NS)患儿20种血清蛋白成分的含量及其它3项指标,并测定尿液 中总蛋白(TP)及11种不同分子量蛋白质的含量变化。与正常儿童比较,NS 患儿血清C5、C1-INH、 IgM、HP、α2M含量均极显著升高,Pg含量显著升高,C1q、IgG、ALb、Tf含量极显著降低,CIC 浓度 极显著升高而CH50活性显著降低,ESR极显著升高。表明NS时有抗原刺激机体介导体液免疫应 答,并存在抗体生成异常。机体在对抗病理损伤时,表现出称为急性期蛋白的血浆蛋白成分的浓度 改变,参与急性期应激反应。NS患儿急性期尿液的TP及11种蛋白成分含量均极显著高于正常儿 童,且随病情缓解,各项指标逐渐恢复正常,表明NS时肾小球滤过膜具有滤过物分子大小选择和 电荷选择双重控制,这种选择对各种血浆蛋白成分的漏出量起决定作用。
