目的血栓闭塞性脉管炎(Thromboangiitis obliterans TAO)是常见的周围动脉慢性闭塞性疾病之一。由于人体医学的研究特性,决定了本病病因研究的关键环节是血栓闭塞性脉管炎动物模型的复制。本研究希望提供一个可靠、确实的复制方法。方法针对多种致病因素,采用烟草致敏、寒冻、注射TAO免疫提取物、影响性激素水平等方法,对Wister实验大白鼠进行动物模型的复制。结果和结论通过体征观察、常规病理、扫描电镜观察、血,可基本确认研制结果符合血栓闭塞性脉管炎动物模型。
Purpose Thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) is one of the common chronic occlusive diseases of the peripheral arteries. Due to the characteristics of human medicine research, the key factor that determines the etiology of this disease is the replication of animal models of thromboangiitis obliterans. This study hopes to provide a reliable and accurate method of copying. Methods Aimed at a variety of causative agents, animal models of Wister experimental rats were replicated by sensitization, freezing, TAO immunosuppression and hormone levels. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS The signs of thromboangiitis obliterans were basically confirmed by the observation of signs, routine pathology, scanning electron microscopy and blood.
