一前言弹簧是重要的机械原件之一,它的应用范围很广,无论在国防工业或在民用工业中,它都扮演着极其重要的角色。有些地方,甚至在设计弹簧之时,计算上“失之毫厘”,立即就会引起奇灾害大祸。因此,弹簧强度的计算,应该引起普遍的重视。但是,在这一方面,许多公式不是失之过繁,就是单纯地把弹簧当作小轴处理,仅仅以一个简单的扭转公式来代替繁复的计算,根本忽视许多影响弹簧强度的其他因素,以致设计出来的弹簧,往往不能切合实际的要求。 Preface Spring is one of the most important mechanical parts. It has a wide range of applications and plays an extremely important role both in the defense industry and in the civilian industry. In some places, even when designing a spring, calculating the “slightest miss” will immediately cause a catastrophic disaster. Therefore, the calculation of spring strength should arouse universal attention. However, in this respect, many formulas are not too complicated to fail. They simply treat the spring as a small shaft and simply replace a complicated calculation with a simple twisting formula. Many other factors that affect the strength of the spring are ignored at all. Spring designed, often can not meet the actual requirements.
