黑龙江省第四届政协常委、省卫生局顾问、中华医学会黑龙江分会付会长、省眼科学会主任委员卢书田同志,于一九七九年六月十一日不幸逝世,终年七十三岁。卢书田同志追悼会,于一九七九年七月十一日在哈尔滨举行。中央卫生部、省委、省革委、省政协送了花圈,省委书记李剑白同志、中央卫生部付部长谭云鹤同志以及省直有关部、委、办、局、群众团体和省市卫生部门也送了花圈。追悼会由省委常委、省革委付主任解云清同志主持。省文教办付主任张双成同志致悼词。
