膨胀土地基上建筑物的变形十分复杂,影响因素很多。为此,我们对我国不同地区,建在不同胀缩性能的膨胀土地基上的建筑物,进行了垂直变形、水平位移、侧向压力、墙体裂缝的产生与发展等多项野外观测工作,以了解结构与地基共同工作的条件下,建筑物的实际变形。本文根据试验研究结果,阐述我国膨胀土地基上建筑物变形的一般规律;建筑物变形特征;以及在某些特殊条件下,加剧建筑物开裂破坏的原因。
Deformation of buildings on an expansive soil foundation is very complex and has many influencing factors. To this end, we have carried out many field observations, such as vertical deformation, horizontal displacement, lateral pressure, and the generation and development of wall cracks, in buildings in different regions of China that have been built on different expansion and contraction properties. To understand the actual deformation of the building under the condition that the structure works with the foundation. Based on the results of the experimental study, this paper expounds the general laws of building deformation on the base of expansive soils in China, the characteristics of building deformation, and the causes of the cracking of buildings under certain special conditions.
