为了探讨超声在直肠平滑肌肉瘤诊断中的应用价值。我们对5例直肠平滑肌肉瘤患者的超声检查结果进行了总结，5例提示直肠占位，考虑直肠平滑肌肉瘤，而直肠镜检病理阴性。结果表明超声检查对直肠平滑肌肉瘤有诊断价值，并对患者的治疗有指导意义。1资料与方法11资料5例直肠平滑?
To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of rectal leiomyosarcoma. We summarized the results of ultrasonography in 5 patients with rectal leiomyosarcoma. Five patients presented rectal space occupying rectum leiomyosarcoma, while the rectal microscopic findings were negative.
