利用指数拟合法拟合损伤概率,获取1-on-1激光损伤阈值;分析了测试光斑面积以及单脉冲能量台阶取样点数对损伤概率的影响。采用理论推导得到了缺陷按完全简并模型分布时的损伤概率表示式,做进一步的修改使之适用于非完全简并情况从而得到了指数拟合公式,并通过实验比较了直线拟合与指数拟合的结果,证明了指数拟合法的优越性;计算模拟研究了测试光斑面积以及单脉冲能量台阶取样点数对测试误差的影响,发现测试光斑面积越大、取样点数越多则测试结果越准确。
The damage probability was fitted by exponential fitting method, and the laser damage threshold of 1-on-1 was obtained. The influence of test spot area and single-pulse energy step sampling points on damage probability was analyzed. The damage probability expression when the defect is completely degenerated is deduced theoretically and further modified to make it suitable for the incomplete degenerate so as to obtain the exponential fitting formula. The linear fit and index The result of fitting shows the superiority of exponential fitting method. Computational simulation studies the effect of the test spot area and single-pulse energy step sampling points on the test error. The larger the test spot area is, the more sampling points the more accurate the test result .
