利用原Digitran公司模拟器的外壳,研制出我院的第一台钻井工程培训模拟器。主要介绍在这套模拟器里的主要数学模型和主控程序设计,数学模型包括:专业数学模型、操作元器件动作效果模型、操作工艺过程模型。专业数学模型是指与钻井有关的数学模型,主要是指国内外公认的数学模型;操作元器件动作效果模型是指操作元器件时所需要的动作效果模型;操作工艺过程模型是为了控制钻井工艺过程而建立的模型,它分为强制性操作工艺过程模型和非强制性操作工艺过程模型。主控程序设计包括:正常钻进、起下钻和钻井压力控制三个主控程序设计。该模拟器主要用于培训钻井司钻、钻井技术员和钻井工程师。
