近年来,随着新生儿这一独立学科的迅速发展,我国很多医院已建立起新生儿重症监护室(NICU),使危重新生儿和低体重儿死亡率大大降低。其中低体重儿、极低体重儿胃肠道外营养[1]是不可缺少治疗技术,许多基层医院对这一技术缺乏一套完整的方案。2004年5月至2008年5月收治的危重新生儿用胃肠道营养治疗1周,取得了很好效果,现报告如下。
In recent years, with the rapid development of this independent discipline of neonatology, many hospitals in our country have established neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), which greatly reduces the mortality rate of critically ill newborns and children with low birth weight. One of the low birth weight children, very low birth weight children with parenteral nutrition [1] is an indispensable treatment technology, many grassroots hospitals on the lack of a complete program of this technology. May 2004 to May 2008 treated critically ill infants with gastrointestinal nutrition treatment for 1 week, and achieved good results, are as follows.
