中国石油辽河职业技能鉴定中心(下称中心)隶属于中国石油辽河油田公司,成立于1995年,坐落在辽宁省盘锦市。中心为辽河油田公司人事处附属处级单位,下设4个科室,有专职管理人员12人,目前拥有职业技能鉴定站16所,鉴定服务对象8万人。为加强职业技能鉴定质量管理,规范鉴定行为,构建更加科学、公平、公正的技能人才评价制度,按照人力资源和社会保障部及中国石油天然气集团公司职业技能鉴定指导中心鉴定质量体系建设总体部署,2007年中心提出体系审核申请,并通过了人力资源和社会保障部鉴定质量体系审核认
China Petroleum Liaohe Occupational Skill Appraisal Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) under the PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Company, founded in 1995, is located in Panjin City, Liaoning Province.
