随着《中华人民共和国公务员法》的颁布实施,我省开展了大规模的公务员培训活动。目前,我省公务员培训模式相对落后,培训中还存在诸多问题亟待改进。新形势下新的培训模式应强调“能力本位”理念,突出“以学员为本”的培训宗旨,注重按需施教,把分析、研究工作中的问题、难点,解决方案作为培训的重点,以期营造平等、信任,参与互动的教学氛围,达到理想的培训效果。 With the promulgation and implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Civil Servants, our province has conducted large-scale civil servant training activities.
