“3414”试验方法是研究肥效与产量或收入之间的关系的高效简捷方法,在粮食生产中具有重大的实践指导意义。“3414”试验不仅可以用来研究氮、磷、钾3种肥料的交互作用,也可以用来讨论任意2种肥料的交互效应,还能用来讨论单一肥料的产量效应。以中肥区的水稻“3414”试验为例,借助常用的办公软件Microsoft Excel,详细讲述了建立氮、磷、钾3种肥料的施肥水平与水稻产量之间的三元二次回归曲线关系的解决方法,以为粮食生产中有关于最大产量、最大纯收入问题的求解提供简单有效的数理统计依据。
The “3414” test method is an efficient and easy way to study the relationship between fertilizer efficiency and yield or income and is of great practical guidance in food production. The 3414 test not only can be used to study the interaction of three kinds of fertilizers, such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, but also can be used to discuss the interaction effect of any two kinds of fertilizers. It can also be used to discuss the yield effect of single fertilizer. Taking the “3414” experiment of paddy rice in Zhongfei District as an example, with the help of the commonly used office software Microsoft Excel, the ternary quadratic regression curve between the fertilization level of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and the rice yield was described in detail. The solution to the problem is to provide a simple and effective mathematical basis for solving the problem of maximum output and maximum net income in grain production.
