目的 研究整合素αvβ3单克隆抗体抗人胆管癌血管生成的作用。 方法 将人胆管癌细胞系QBC939细胞接种于鸡胚尿囊膜 (CAM)无血管区 ,给予整和素αvβ3单克隆抗体 ,观察其对人胆管癌血管生成及肿瘤生长的影响。结果 整合素αvβ3单克隆抗体组血管数目在给予抗体后第 2~ 8天均显著低于磷酸盐缓冲液 (PBS)对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,光镜下瘤细胞分布稀疏 ,瘤组织新生血管腔减少。结论 整合素αvβ3单克隆抗体能够抑制胆管癌新生血管的生成 ,具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-angiogenic effect of integrin αvβ3 monoclonal antibody on human cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The human cholangiocarcinoma cell line QBC939 was inoculated into the avascular zone of chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM). Monoclonal antibody against integrin αvβ3 was administered to observe its effect on the angiogenesis and tumor growth of human cholangiocarcinoma. Results The number of blood vessels in the integrin αvβ3 monoclonal antibody group was significantly lower than that in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) control group (P <0. 05) on the 2nd to 8th day after antibody administration. The number of tumor cells was sparse Tissue neovascularization reduced. Conclusion Monoclonal antibody integrin αvβ3 can inhibit angiogenesis of cholangiocarcinoma and has significant anti-tumor effect.
